The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will convene a high-profile roundtable on May 12, focusing on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). Dubbed the "spring sprint toward crypto clarity" by Commissioner Hester Peirce, the event marks the SEC’s third such gathering this year. Industry heavyweights BlackRock, Fidelity, and Nasdaq will lead the discussions, signaling growing institutional interest in blockchain-based asset representation.
